PLANTING PHASE
During this phase, your goal is to master body awareness. You will learn to identify what I call your zone of "delicious discomfort" - the safe edge of your specific range of motion (ROM).
Your ROM is based on your life experience and genetics. Not everyone is capable of the same ROM. But we each need to extend and maintain our personal ROM for optimum physical performance.
During phase 1 you will learn exactly how to do this safely for your body. You will learn that the myth of “no pain, no gain” limits and puts you at risk of injury, rather than helps you become more functional.
