Waiver and Terms of Agreement
Please read the following carefully. If you do not understand the terms of agreement to use these videos on YouTube, my website (www.firsthomeyoga.com) or through conferencing any of the live platforms including zooming Facebook live please contact me for further clarification or understanding.

Waiver of Liability and Informed Consent
I acknowledge that it is my duty to exercise ordinary care for the protection of others and myself while attending Laurie’s yoga classes, watching his videos or joining a live streaming class. I assume the risk of physical activity with my own physical condition. I have received advice from my doctor that I am capable of physical exercise such as provided by Laurie’s classes, or I will seek such advice, or I will assume the risk of exercising without a doctor’s examination.
I take complete responsibility for my presence at the First Home Yoga website, pre-recorded classes on YouTube, live streaming and live classes. I will not hold Lawrence Carroll, or any substitutes or First Home Yoga products responsible for any injuries or loss I may incur as a result of my participation in any yoga, meditation, fitness or breath work class or discipline now or in the future.
Further I desire to engage voluntarily in the First Home Yoga yoga & fitness sessions.
I understand that the purpose of these videos and live streaming classes on movement are educational in nature to develop and maintain overall wellness, flexibility, joint mobility and decrease stress. All sessions include warm-up, breathing and simple movement. The programs include, but are not limited to gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation, breath work, vigorous yoga & various fitness modalities.
I understand that I am to listen to the feedback my body is giving me and I take responsible for monitoring my own condition throughout the session. Should any pain occur, I will cease my participation, seek medical advice if needed and inform the instructor via writing or phone call.
In the event that medical clearance must be obtained prior to my participation in the program, I agree to consult my physician and obtain written permission from my physician prior to the commencement of any exercise program..
Also, in consideration for being allowed to participate in this exercise program, I agree to assume the risk of such exercise, and further agree to hold harmless First Home Yoga, Lawrence Carroll, it’s employees and agents from any and all claims, suits, losses or related caused of action for damages, including, but not limited to, such claims that may result in my injury or death, accidental or otherwise, during or arising in any way from the sessions.
Refunds and Expiry Dates
Refunds are available upon request in writing. State clearly in writing the reason you are requesting the refund send to First Home Yoga. Purchases are valid and will be honored indefinitely. Exceptions can be made following a written request to First Home Yoga.
I hereby confirm that I have read and fully understand this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement. Furthermore, I have read your refund policy.
