Christmas Eve - Thursday 24th Dec - 11am Chair Yoga: Theme Energy and Vibrance (Thorough top to bottom stretch and invigorating movements to maintain energy throughout the holiday season). - 7pm Yin Yoga: Theme Open Mind, Big Heart (Using backbends as the key to better breathing and keeping the spine supple) Christmas Day - Friday 25th Dec - 7pm Restorative Yoga: Theme Gratitude (Using gently supported positions for the spine in a guided deep relaxation to get in touch with the parasympathetic nervous system) Kwanzaa Begins - Saturday 26th Dec - 6pm Meditation: Theme Essence - Sometimes in the search for meaning we look outward, forgetting our essence. Guided meditation takes you through the koshas mind, body, breath, intuition to essence. Sunday 27th Dec - 8am Peaceful Warrior Yoga: Theme Energize - A more vigorous class mixing vinyasa flow with attention to postural alignment and holding poses to build stamina. - 6pm Breathe and Move Yoga: Theme Gentle Flow - The way we breathe is key to longevity and quality of life, even when we move! Monday 28th Dec - 7pm Yin Yoga: Theme Perspective - As the year draws toward an end new perspectives can alter the way we interpret our experience and release us from unwholesome viewpoints that drain our precious energy. Tuesday 29th Dec - 8am Gentle Flow Yoga: Theme Higher Vibrations - Every time we move and stretch the body we change its state of energy. Using movement and stretch to increase the energy state to a higher vibration for body and mind. New Year’s Eve - Thursday 31st Dec - 11am Chair Yoga: Theme Fullness - Last day of 2020! Using breath, body and intention you will create a sense of completion and fullness to finish the year ready for the new. - 7pm Yin Yoga: Theme Intention - Use this last class of 2020, with forward bends and twists to create a deeply introspective space to contemplate your intentions for the New Year. New Year’s Day - Friday 1st January - 7pm Yoga Nidra: Theme Contentment - A journey into conscious sleep will change your relationship to sleep. Deeply refreshing and restorative work to open up the New Year. Saturday 2nd January - 6pm Meditation: Theme Mystery and Wonder in this New Moment - Explore this moment as if it is your last ... because it is. Meditation is the microscope to be here, now. Sunday January 3rd - 8am Peaceful Warrior Yoga: Theme Consistency, The Greatest Virtue - Practice is both the journey and destination.
